Racewear Shipping & Delivery Policy

Racewear Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Racewear, our goal is to provide reliable, efficient shipping and delivery for businesses, organizations, government agencies, and individual customers throughout the United States.

Because our catalog includes products ranging from standard business supplies to commercial equipment, furniture, electronics, warehouse equipment, and oversized merchandise, shipping methods and delivery times may vary by product.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, delivered, and handled in the event of delays, damage, or other delivery issues.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed after payment has been successfully authorized and product availability has been confirmed.

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Processing times may be longer for large or bulk orders, commercial equipment, oversized products, special-order merchandise, manufacturer-direct shipments, customized products, government or corporate purchase orders, and products requiring freight transportation.

Business days generally exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays.

Processing time is separate from transit and delivery time.

2. Estimated Shipping & Delivery Times

Once an order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times depend on the product, shipping method, destination, carrier, and fulfillment location.

Standard parcel orders generally arrive within approximately 3–7 business days after shipment.

Large, oversized, commercial, or freight orders may require approximately 5–15 business days or longer, depending on the product, manufacturer, carrier, destination, and delivery requirements.

Any delivery date displayed on our website, checkout page, order confirmation, or shipping notification should be considered an estimate unless Racewear expressly guarantees the delivery date in writing.

3. Shipping Locations

Racewear primarily ships to addresses within the United States.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the product, manufacturer, distributor, supplier, carrier, and destination. Certain products may have geographic shipping restrictions.

Customers with special delivery requirements should contact Racewear before placing a large or time-sensitive order.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs may vary based on product size and weight, quantity, destination, shipping method, freight requirements, fulfillment location, lift-gate requirements, residential versus commercial delivery, inside-delivery requirements, expedited delivery, and other special handling requirements.

Where available, applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout or included in a customer quotation.

For certain oversized, bulk, commercial, or freight orders, Racewear may contact the customer if additional shipping arrangements or charges are required before shipment.

5. Free Shipping Promotions

Racewear may occasionally offer free or discounted shipping on qualifying products or orders.

Free shipping promotions may be subject to product, order-value, geographic, weight, size, or other restrictions.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, free standard shipping does not include freight upgrades, lift-gate service, inside delivery, assembly, installation, expedited delivery, redelivery, or other special services.

6. How Orders Are Shipped

Racewear may use multiple shipping carriers, freight companies, manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, and fulfillment partners to deliver orders.

Some products may ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor to the customer. As a result, an order containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments at different times.

Customers will not ordinarily be charged additional shipping solely because Racewear divides an order into multiple shipments unless additional services or shipping arrangements are requested by the customer.

7. Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, customers may receive tracking details after their order has shipped.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after a shipping label is created.

For certain freight, manufacturer-direct, bulk, or specialized shipments, standard online tracking may not be available. The carrier or delivery provider may instead contact the customer to schedule delivery.

8. Freight & Oversized Deliveries

Commercial fitness equipment, warehouse equipment, desks, conference tables, facility equipment, and other large or heavy products may be delivered using an LTL or other freight carrier.

Standard freight delivery may be limited to curbside or the designated delivery point.

Unless specifically purchased or included, standard freight delivery does not automatically include inside delivery, assembly, installation, placement in a specific room, packaging removal, old-equipment removal, lift-gate service, or stair/elevator delivery.

Additional services may be available for an additional charge.

9. Lift-Gate Service

Customers ordering large or palletized merchandise should determine whether their delivery location has a loading dock or forklift capable of unloading the shipment.

If neither is available, lift-gate service may be required.

Additional charges may apply for lift-gate service when it is not included with the original shipping arrangement.

10. Delivery Appointments

Some freight carriers may contact the customer to schedule a delivery appointment.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid telephone number and responding to carrier communications.

Failure to attend a scheduled delivery appointment may result in redelivery, storage, detention, or other carrier fees. Where permitted, these additional charges may be the customer's responsibility when caused by the customer's failure to accept the scheduled delivery.

11. Commercial & Residential Deliveries

Shipping rates and delivery requirements may differ between commercial and residential addresses.

Customers should accurately identify the delivery location during checkout or when requesting a quote.

A business operated from a residence may still be classified as a residential location by a freight carrier.

12. Inspecting Freight Deliveries

Customers should inspect freight shipments before signing the delivery receipt whenever reasonably possible.

Customers should count all cartons, pallets, or pieces; inspect packaging for visible damage; check for visible product damage; photograph any damage; and note visible damage or missing items on the carrier's delivery receipt.

Signing a freight delivery receipt without noting visible damage may affect the ability to pursue certain carrier claims.

13. Damaged Shipments

If merchandise arrives damaged, customers should contact Racewear as soon as reasonably possible.

Please retain the damaged product, original packaging, shipping cartons, pallets when applicable, packing materials, shipping labels, and delivery documentation.

Customers may be asked to provide photographs or other documentation so Racewear can work with the carrier, manufacturer, supplier, or distributor to investigate the claim.

Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include replacement parts, replacement merchandise, repair, return, or refund.

14. Concealed Damage

If damage is discovered after unpacking, customers should report the concealed damage to Racewear as soon as possible after discovery and retain all packaging materials while the claim is being reviewed.

Because freight carriers may impose short claim-reporting deadlines, prompt notification helps us pursue available remedies.

15. Missing or Incorrect Items

If an order appears to be missing products or components, customers should first check the shipment documentation and tracking information because an order may have been divided into multiple shipments.

If merchandise is still missing, or if an incorrect product was received, contact Racewear with your order number and details of the issue.

Customers should not independently arrange freight returns without authorization from Racewear.

16. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided, contact Racewear immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing or has been transferred to a carrier.

Additional carrier charges associated with address corrections, rerouting, storage, or redelivery resulting from incorrect customer-provided information may be charged to the customer where permitted.

17. Failed Delivery Attempts

Customers are responsible for making reasonable arrangements to receive their shipment.

If a carrier cannot complete delivery due to circumstances within the customer's control, additional redelivery, storage, address-correction, return-freight, or reconsignment charges may apply.

18. Shipping Delays

Racewear works to provide reliable delivery estimates; however, shipping delays can occur due to severe weather, carrier disruptions, manufacturer delays, inventory changes, freight-terminal delays, transportation disruptions, natural disasters, government actions, labor disruptions, supply-chain interruptions, seasonal shipping volume, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Racewear is not responsible for carrier or supplier delays outside our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers when significant shipping issues occur.

19. Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping may be available for certain products.

Selecting expedited shipping generally shortens carrier transit time and does not necessarily shorten order processing, manufacturing, supplier handling, or preparation time.

Customers with a critical delivery deadline should contact Racewear before ordering to confirm available options.

20. Bulk, Corporate & Government Orders

Large business, corporate, educational, institutional, and government orders may require customized shipping arrangements.

Racewear may coordinate multi-pallet shipments, multiple-location deliveries, scheduled deliveries, commercial freight, loading-dock deliveries, lift-gate requirements, inside delivery, and other special handling.

Shipping requirements and costs for these transactions may be established through a separate quotation, purchase order, or written agreement.

21. International Shipping

Racewear does not guarantee international shipping availability for all products.

If international shipping is offered for a particular transaction, customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges, import requirements, and other fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.

22. Returns After Delivery

Shipping and delivery issues that result in a return are also subject to the Racewear Return & Refund Policy.

Customer-requested returns may be subject to return shipping costs, freight charges, and applicable restocking fees.

Customers must obtain return authorization before shipping merchandise back.

23. Changes or Cancellations

Customers should contact Racewear immediately if an order needs to be changed or canceled.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, been submitted to a manufacturer, prepared for shipment, or transferred to a carrier, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.

Orders that have already shipped may need to be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
