Refund policy

Racewear Return, Refund & Service Cancellation Policy

At Racewear, we are committed to providing dependable commercial products and professional loading, unloading, and warehouse labor services. This policy explains how returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged products, and service-related concerns are handled.

Retail Products — Returns & Refunds

Racewear accepts eligible product returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must generally be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and other materials included with the order.

Customers should contact Racewear before returning merchandise to receive return instructions. Products returned without authorization may experience processing delays.

Certain products may be non-returnable because of their condition, customization, manufacturer restrictions, sanitary or safety considerations, or other circumstances disclosed at the time of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Customers should inspect their orders upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what was ordered, please contact Racewear as soon as reasonably possible and provide the order information and, when requested, photographs or other documentation of the issue.

Racewear will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, return, refund, or another reasonable solution depending on the circumstances.

Refund Processing

Once an approved return is received and inspected, Racewear will notify the customer regarding the status of the refund.

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. After Racewear processes a refund, additional processing time may be required by the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider before the funds appear in the customer's account.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Racewear or otherwise required by applicable law.

Loading, Unloading & Warehouse Labor Services

Racewear also provides B2B loading, unloading, material handling, pallet handling, freight assistance, order pulling, and general warehouse labor services.

Because these are labor-based services performed at customer facilities, they are handled differently from physical product returns.

Before scheduled services are performed, customers may receive a quote, service details, work order, invoice, or other documentation describing the requested work and applicable charges.

Service Cancellations

Customers should notify Racewear as soon as possible if a scheduled service needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.

If Racewear personnel have already been scheduled, dispatched, arrived at the job site, or begun performing work, cancellation, dispatch, minimum-service, or completed-labor charges may apply when disclosed or agreed to as part of the service arrangement.

Service Refunds

Completed labor and services are generally not returnable.

If a customer believes there is an error with an invoice, unauthorized charge, incomplete service, or another issue with services provided, the customer should contact Racewear promptly. We will review the service records, approved scope of work, invoices, time or job documentation, and other relevant information.

If Racewear determines that a billing error occurred or that a refund or adjustment is appropriate, the applicable amount will be refunded or credited accordingly.

A customer's dissatisfaction does not automatically qualify a completed service for a full refund. Refunds and adjustments for services are determined based on the circumstances of the job, work actually performed, applicable agreements, and applicable law.

Quotes, Authorizations & Final Charges

Pricing for loading and unloading services may depend on factors such as the scope of work, number of workers required, job duration, freight volume, trailer or container size, location, scheduling requirements, and additional services requested.

Where applicable, customers are provided an opportunity to review service details and pricing before final payment. Any payment authorization or pre-authorization used in connection with a service is subject to the terms presented to and authorized by the customer.

Additional work or changes to the original scope may result in additional charges when appropriately authorized.

Non-Returnable Items

Depending on the product and circumstances, certain merchandise may not qualify for return, including:

  • Customized, personalized, special-order, or made-to-order products

  • Products that have been used, installed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned in materially different condition

  • Certain safety, PPE, sanitary, or hygiene-sensitive products once opened or used

  • Products specifically identified as final sale or non-returnable before purchase

  • Other items that cannot reasonably be resold because of their condition

These restrictions do not limit any rights a customer may have under applicable law.

Charge or Billing Concerns

If you believe there is a problem with a Racewear product purchase or service charge, please contact Racewear first so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

Please provide the applicable order or invoice number, business/customer name, date of purchase or service, and a description of the concern.
