Businesses that need purchasing power can apply separately for the Racewear In-House Net 30 Program.
This program allows approved businesses to purchase eligible products directly from Racewear and pay their invoices according to Net 30 payment terms.
$5,000 Refundable Security Deposit
Approved Net 30 accounts require a $5,000 refundable security deposit.
The security deposit is not a membership fee and is not the cost of purchasing a tradeline. It is held as security for the customer's Racewear commercial purchasing account.

Your $5,000 Deposit Is Refundable
The $5,000 deposit remains subject to the terms of your Net 30 agreement.
Customers who satisfy the required account period, pay all invoices according to their agreed terms, maintain their account in good standing, and have no outstanding obligations to Racewear may become eligible to receive their security deposit back according to the refund provisions contained in their Net 30 agreement.
The specific refund period and requirements will be disclosed before the customer submits the deposit.

Important Disclosures

The $5,000 Net 30 security deposit is not a membership fee and remains subject to the refund, account, and security provisions contained in the customer's Net 30 agreement.
Business credit reporting, when available, reflects actual account and payment activity. Reporting availability may vary by account and participating commercial credit reporting agency.
Racewear does not guarantee that participation in either program will establish or increase a particular business credit score, result in a specific business credit rating, or lead to approval for financing or credit from Racewear or any third party.
All Net 30 accounts are subject to application review, business verification, approval, purchasing limits, and the terms of the applicable Racewear commercial account agreement.
$5,000 Refundable Security Deposit
Approved Racewear In-House Net 30 accounts require a $5,000 refundable security deposit.
The security deposit is not a membership fee, product purchase, or payment for a credit tradeline. The deposit is held as security for the customer's Racewear Net 30 commercial purchasing account.
When Is the $5,000 Deposit Refundable?
The security deposit may become eligible for refund under either of the following circumstances:
12-Month Account Completion
The customer completes at least 12 consecutive months of satisfactory Net 30 account history, pays all required invoices according to their payment terms, maintains the account in good standing, and has no outstanding or past-due obligations to Racewear.
Account Closure
A customer may request to close their Net 30 account before or after the 12-month period. The refundable portion of the security deposit will become eligible for return after all outstanding invoices, authorized charges, fees, returns, adjustments, disputes, chargebacks, and other account obligations have been fully resolved.
30-Day Refund Processing Period
Once an account becomes eligible for a security deposit refund, Racewear may allow up to 30 calendar days to process and issue the refund.
The processing period allows Racewear to complete a final account review and confirm that:
• All invoices have been paid in full
• No past-due balances remain
• No pending purchases or authorized charges remain
• All returns and refunds have been completed
• No unresolved disputes or chargebacks remain
• No additional amounts are legitimately due and payable under the account agreement
• The account has otherwise satisfied the applicable refund requirements
The 30-day processing period begins after the account has been closed or otherwise becomes eligible for refund and all pending transactions and account obligations have been fully resolved.
Requirements for a Full Refund
To receive the full $5,000 security deposit:
• The account must satisfy the applicable refund eligibility requirements.
• All invoices must be paid according to their agreed payment terms.
• The account must have a $0 past-due balance.
• There must be no unresolved payment disputes, returns, chargebacks, or adjustments.
• All other amounts legitimately owed to Racewear must be satisfied.
• The customer must complete any required account-closing procedures.
• The account must not have been terminated for fraud, material misrepresentation, or a material violation of the Net 30 agreement.
Unpaid Account Balances
If an account is closed or terminated while amounts remain legitimately due and payable, Racewear may apply some or all of the security deposit toward those obligations as authorized by the customer's signed Net 30 agreement and applicable law.
If only a portion of the security deposit is required to satisfy eligible outstanding obligations, the remaining refundable balance will be returned to the customer after the final account review and applicable processing period.
The security deposit does not replace the customer's obligation to pay individual Net 30 invoices when they become due.
Maintaining Satisfactory Net 30 History
A satisfactory Net 30 account history generally requires customers to pay invoices by their applicable due dates and comply with the Racewear Commercial Account Agreement.
Late or missed payments, returned payments, unresolved balances, or other material violations of the agreement may affect purchasing privileges, account limits, continued eligibility for Net 30 terms, and security-deposit refund eligibility.
Important Security Deposit Disclosure
The $5,000 security deposit remains the customer's refundable security deposit subject to the terms of the signed Racewear Net 30 Agreement.
Racewear's website provides a summary of the program. The customer's signed commercial account agreement will establish the complete terms governing the security deposit, Net 30 purchasing privileges, payment obligations, account closure, permitted deductions, refund eligibility, and refund processing.
