Stay up to date on your Racewear order from purchase to delivery.
Use the View Your Order link provided in your Racewear order confirmation or shipping confirmation email to access your secure Shopify order-status page.
Your Order Information
Your Racewear order-status page may display:
Order Confirmed
Your order has been successfully received.
Processing
Your order is being prepared for fulfillment.
Shipped
Your order has been transferred to the applicable carrier or fulfillment provider.
Out for Delivery
Your shipment is on its way to the delivery location.
Delivered
The carrier has reported your shipment as delivered.
Track Your Shipment
Once tracking information becomes available, your order-status page may display:
Carrier name
Tracking number
Current shipment status
Shipment updates
Estimated delivery information, when available
Products included in the shipment
Select the available tracking information to view additional updates directly from the carrier.
Multiple Packages
One Order. Multiple Shipments.
Racewear works with multiple warehouses, manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, and fulfillment partners.
Because of this, products from the same order may ship separately.
If your order contains multiple shipments, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and different delivery dates.
Don't worry if only part of your order arrives first. Check your Racewear order-status page for additional shipment information.
Freight & Oversized Orders
Large products such as commercial fitness equipment, warehouse equipment, office furniture, and other oversized merchandise may be delivered by an LTL or commercial freight carrier.
Freight orders may not provide the same tracking experience as standard parcel shipments.
The freight carrier may contact you directly to arrange a delivery appointment.
Please monitor the phone number and email address associated with your Racewear order.
Can't Find Your Order Status Link?
Check the email address or phone number used when placing your Racewear order.
Look for your:
Racewear Order Confirmation
or
Racewear Shipping Confirmation
Select View Your Order from the applicable notification to access the latest available order information.
Tracking Not Updating?
Tracking information may not update immediately after a shipping label is created.
Carriers may need additional time to receive, scan, and process the shipment.
If your shipment has not updated for an extended period or has passed its estimated delivery date, contact Racewear Customer Support.
